2. Chequered Surface (possible in case of only covered gratings). Surface appearance shall be similar as that in MS chequered plates.

This MS Tank Lined with PPGL(Polypropylene glass line) from inside. Bonding done by FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) which is sandwiched in between PPGL and MS. While lining MS Tanks/Vessels all welding work is always tested by spark tester.
